Jonathan graduated with a BSc in Chemistry from UCD in 2021. He completed a summer internship and his final year project with the Baumann group and has returned to start his PhD in September 2021, funded by an IRC Postgraduate Scholarship.
His research focuses on the development of a continuous photochemical benzyne forming process and its application towards the synthesis of bioactive target molecules.
